Influencer Marketing and Event Management for Int. Women’s Day at the Famous Drake Hotel

Working with Dr. Marnie Luck, ND, Toronto’s famous naturopathic doctor dedicated to women’s health, we created this event to empower women to take control of their health.

In support of a local Toronto women’s charity, Sistering, the proceeds from every ticket would be donated to the charity. In objective of this partnership would be to conduct influencer marketing in order to promote the event, as well as event management leading up to the date.

Lady boss influencers from across Toronto attended and wrote about the afterword’s, including Best Health magazine, Plenty magazine, and She Does the City.

Exceeding the clients expectations, the challenges of building awareness to an inaugural event, securing PR for the event, and building credibility of the client were overcome.
By reaching the right influencers at the right time, and preparing an intricately detailed event management strategy, International Women’s Day at the Drake Hotel was an overwhelming success.
